* Can't nominate yourself
* Can't live in the same household as the family you are nominating
* There must be children living in the household of the family you are nominating and they must be 18 years or younger
* The family you are nominating must live within the following Metropolitan areas: Phoenix, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Portland, OR; Fort Collins, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Flagstaff, AZ, Albuquerque, NM (this is an important one as we've started to get people nominating folks in states nowhere near here or these cities – am I missing any cities?)
* The family you are nominating must have a family member that speaks English
