Michael Phelps is dating model Megan Rossee.
The two were spotted in London together over the weekend and partied until 4 a.m. one night.
The couple also showed up together to a Speedo event in London last night (Monday).
Sources have confirmed that Phelps and the 25-year-old model have been dating for about five months.
