Johnjay and Rich filled out their March Madness tournament brackets before the "Big Dance" beginning 3/15.  Johnjay obviously never filled out a bracket before, and was bored by the entire process.  Now I wish we had videotaped it, because it was very painful.

Regardless, his and Rich's picks are in, and some of his picks are very....ummm, interesting.  Let's just say that he believes there will be a slew of Cinderella teams this year.  And he's picking MEMPHIS all the way.
