I don't know how to tell you this... my apartment smells of rich mahagony.... I have many leather bound books...Wait, let me start over..... I wanna be on you. Due to my contract I am required to talk about Powerade, it's delicious and I can't wait for the new Mystic Mountain Blueberry. Alright time to get serious... I quote movie lines... it's what I do. This is the part where I am supposed to bore you with my life... I was born in Denver, Colorado... GO BRONCOS!!! I have a very large family... 4 sisters and 2 brothers... and believe it or not we are all pretty close, which is pretty stinken cool. Family is super important to me. I grew up in Ahwatukee, Arizona... I went to Centennial Middle school... Sabercats... woo hooo, then moved on to be a Trojan at Valley Christian High School. Yup, that's right I was a private schooler...top that. From a trojan I became a Sundevil!!!
U of A Sucks... hahaha. I graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Broadcasting at ASU!!! I started at KissFM as a lowley intern in 03', and by fate and the fact that I am just a natural ;) ...here I am. Remember when I was on with Chino??? He had a lot to do with me being here too... thanks Chino ;). And of course I really wouldn't be there if you didn't listen so a HUGE thank you for just tuning in every day! In any case, here I am doin what what I love... LIVIN' THE DREAM... I feel lucky to be able to come to work... and not feel like I am working!!!
Yes, I've met lots of cool people... celebrities and just other good people in the business... that's probaly my favorite part about the job... there's always something different and exciting happening which leaves little time for dull moments! BACKSTAGE AT AMERICAN IDOL

Broadcasting  live from American Idol could have been one of the coolest things I have ever done!! There was sooo much going on I think I took a total of like 600 pictures!!! First of all... there are some major freaks walking down Hollywood Blvd. pics are in the "Day 1" gallery... Also, everyone looks soooo much smaller than they do on TV!!! It's true... the camera really does
add 10 lbs.! I was busy almost 24 hours a day,interviewing past American Idol contestants, attending madatory parties (don't think I minded that! ;), and watching the actual live tapingof both nights of the American Idol finale!!! At one of the parties I got to meet Simon... he was actually really nice in person!! He was walking around with a permanent grin on his face... I wonder if that had anything to do with the HUGE contract he just signed with Fox for the next couple of years. Our very own Jordin Sparks was glowing the night Simon told her she mopped the floor with Blake (pics in the press conference gallery). Carrie Underwood was absolutely stunning, hate to say it but it wasn't just the outfit that made Kelly Clarkson look a little heavier... she was :( More power to her though she really doesn't care what people think... gotta respect that. All in all the whole week is kind of a blurr!! Ha ha... click here to check out

Love that lady!! I am soooo very greatful for my mom. She is the most kind, caring, warm, spiritual, and incredible woman I know. My whole family has been blessed with her love. She has taught me so much about God, forgiveness, love, and life. She has been such an example of a strong woman, a loving wife, and a total super-mom. She is my best friend and I am just obsessed with her!!! lol With that being said... I am simply in awe of her and wanted to post this and say Happy Mother's Day MOM!!!!! Love you!!!

THIS GUY IS SOOOO RADICAL!!!

I go through phases... once in a while I will love working out and then sometimes I don't... lol. Almost 8 weeks ago I got a call from my sister-in-law and she said, "wanna try something fun and exciting with me today?" At the moment I was lying on the couch about to take a nap so my instant reaction was, "no..." she went on to tell me she had discovered this awesome lil' workout place called StudioFit and she wanted me to go with her to give it a lil test run. While I was super tired I had also been feeling super out of shape so I agreed to go with her. Let me just say that class whooped my a$$... in a good way. I felt like I was ready to end my year long streak of not working out.

We joined StudioFit... and I made a goal for myself... If I make it through the 6 week trial period and go 3-5 times per week I will buy myself a pair of those ridiculously expensive lululemon pants that everyone swears by.

I just finished my 7th week and took my very first trip to the lululemon store... those peeps know their stuff... so much so that I came home with a pair of shorts that were on sale, and 2 pairs of pants!!
