SEACRETS DROPS BIG MONEY TO BUY ELLEN'S HOUSE

Ryan Seacrest has purchased Ellen DeGeneres' massive Beverly Hills estate, which was listed for $49 million. TMZ reports he paid close to the asking price.
The 'American Idol' host is reportedly worth $125 mililon and rakes in (more than) $45 million a year. In a couple of month, Seacrest will own the 9,200 square foot main house, with 3 guest houses, and a couple of cement ponds. The estate sits on 2.87 acres and covers an entire block.
