Katherine Jenkins suffered a back injury while performing on Monday's "Dancing with the Stars" semifinals.
It was during the Welsh classical singer's second competition number - at the tail end of her salsa with pro dancing partner Mark Ballas - that she was injured.
Mark spun Katherine around, she did a backbend, and as he was stepping over her, she seemed to stumble and fell to the ground. Katherine got up and tried to finish the number, but fans could see her wincing.
The pair received consecutive 9s from the judges, for a total of 27 - their lowest score of the night.
Later, Katherine was spotted wearing an ice pack backstage, and co-host Tom Bergeron said Katherine would be receiving medical attention.
The couple took home a combined score of 56 points out of a possible 60, putting them in last place for the night's competition.
Donald Driver and partner Peta Murgatroyd left the dance floor with a total of 57 for their moving waltz and stunning samba.
William Levy and Cheryl Burke's tango and samba earned the pair 58 points for the night.
Maria Menounos took the top leaderboard spot with her partner, Derek Hough. Their first number, an Argentine tango, earned a perfect 30. During their second number, Judge Len Goodman caught a minor misstep that cost them one point, for a total of 59 out of 60 for the night.
The leaderboard:
Maria Menounos and Derek Hough: (30+29) 59
William Levy and Cheryl Burke: (28+30) 58
Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd: (28+29) 57
