JUSTIN BIEBER HAD SOUND ISSUES AT THE APOLLO

Justin Bieber had an unplugged concert at New York's Apollo Theater Monday night.
Bieber was nearing the end of a private show when the power for most of the instruments suddenly went out. His manager says Bieber still managed to finish the show. The crowd sang along as Bieber did "Boyfriend."
The concert was part of a series of events to promote his new album, "Believe," out now.
