Aubrey O'Day was able to take her dogs on the plane with her because she has mental issues.
The reality star tweeted a picture of herself on the plane with her two dogs.
A rep for Virgin America airlines says she was cleared to bring her two pets into the 1st class section because they are registered as "Emotional Support Animals."
And in order to have "Emotional Support" clearance O'Day would need a note by a doctor which states she has mental issues.
