Pop star Justin Bieber was pulled over in his Fisker Karma sports car in Los Angeles because he was weaving in and out of traffic on the famous 101 Freeway. He claimed he was being chased.
Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine is one of TEN people who called 911 on Justin. He told police paparazzi were chasing Bieber on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. Zine claims he saw Bieber driving at speeds of over 100 mph.
Police eventually stopped Justin and cited him for driving in a "reckless manner".
While he was driving, Justin allegedly cut from the fast lane to the slow lane and even onto the shoulder before police pulled him over. Officers confirmed they saw at least one other car chasing Justin, but it took off when he got stopped.
Bieber's manager says Bieber was cited for going 80mph and was being pursued by paparazzi.
Afterwards, Justin Bieber filed a harassment complaint against a photographer.
He gave a statement against a photographer who was tailing him. An investigation has been launched.
