Octomom is going topless for an album cover and it's Madonna's fault.
Nadya Suleman is releasing a single with reality star Adam Barta called "Sexy Party."
On the cover of the single she is topless and Barta is covering her breasts with his hands. She also has a rosary on and there are crosses in the background.
Sources say Octomom was inspired by Madonna and the cover was a tribute to the pop star.
